The Red Shack – Provincetown, MA

Lobster Roll at The Red Shack Provincetown, Massachusetts

Really into of this place, mostly for its innovative menu selections using lobster.  I had the “Connecticut” roll, hot roll.  All their rolls are on portugese rolls, similar in shape to hot dog roll, but delish.  Meat was more chopped than I prefer and no tail, but good.  Ken got lobster benedict roll.  I really have to recommend this one.  Portugese roll, fried egg, arugula, hollindaise sauce and lobster.  It was a delight.  My brother and his friends tried the “california” lobster, cold with avocado and the “morrocan” lobster roll with curry.  Reported that both were great.

Young’s Fish Market – Orleans, MA

Lobster Roll at Young's Fish Market Orleans, Massachusetts

This one was wrong‏ by all my usual standards, but still managed to be so very right.  Pre-made, not toasted, shredded meat, generous mayo, some chunks, no tail, unless it was shredded?  However, I really liked it, it was super flavorful and really hit the spot.  I would definitely eat it again.
