Nothing to write home about here. I have no idea why this one frequently makes “to try” lists in Maine. This was totally low standard. Roll was grilled nicely. The meat was a pretty skimpy portion and was all shredded claw with, I counted, 6 full spongey pieces. Definitely not loving this one.
